- We work together to see if there’s a fit

- Engage in various assessments of your skills – trade skills, management, leadership, communication, etc. We don’t think of this as a test, rather a way to understand how to effectively coach.
- Meet to discuss the assessments and path forward.

- Build/start vs. buy a business analysis
- Cover operating structure and ownership
- Commitment to structure of the new home improvement company
- Executive coaching begins
