Dream Venture

Own a Trade Business

At Dream Venture, we’re redefining what it means to run a business in the trades. We are on a mission to elevate skilled tradespeople—those who know how to get the job done—and give them the opportunity to take the next step into leadership. We understand the dedication it takes to become a master in your craft, and we believe that expertise should be rewarded with the chance to lead, grow, and own a business.
Our focus is on supporting tradespeople who are ready to transition into leadership and business ownership. You’ve spent years honing your skills in the field, and now you’re ready to lead a team, build a thriving business, and mentor others who share your commitment to excellence. If you have the vision to inspire, teach, and grow your team, we’ll provide the coaching and mentorship to help you succeed in running a business in your specialty.
This is about more than just leadership—it’s about earning equity in a business where your skills and experience are the foundation. We’re here to guide you through the process, helping you develop the tools you need to lead and own part of a successful company.
At Dream Venture, we believe that strong leadership starts with a deep care for your team, and when you invest in your people, they will take care of your customers. If you’re ready to embrace the challenges of leadership, receive coaching, and take the next big step in your career, we’re here to partner with you.
Dream Venture is where skilled tradespeople become business owners, and legacies are built through hard work, passion, and leadership.
This is your opportunity to rise, lead with purpose, and build a legacy in the home improvement industry.
